Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in Noida. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue targets through innovative sales strategies and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue targets
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed individual and group targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term client relationships
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Engage in high-level negotiations to close deals and secure favorable terms for the company
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Regularly review and report on sales performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand business opportunities
