Job Description
As the Head of Enterprise Growth at Cyfuture, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expansion in the enterprise vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that delivers results.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and expansion through the development of strategic partnerships and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, sales training, and incentives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in the enterprise vertical.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
