About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in the enterprise vertical. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in the enterprise vertical.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, sales training, and incentives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in the enterprise vertical.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
