Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Growth Strategist to drive our counselling services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions, promoting counselling programs, and achieving sales and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-quality counselling sessions to guide students and parents on program offerings, admissions procedures, and the value of NEET counselling.
  • Guide students to the right course based on their budget and NEET score.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and follow-up actions in a structured format.
  • Assist students throughout the entire process from registration to college admission.
  • Provide support to prospective students seeking admission to medical colleges through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Closely follow up with leads and close deals in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • More than 1 year of experience as a Sales and Growth Strategist role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to counsel, influence, and motivate students and parents.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
