Job Title:

Commercial Contract Professional">

This position is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of commercial contracts, from drafting and negotiation to administration and close-out. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and business risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract drafting, review, redlining, negotiation, and administration
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers and secure necessary approvals
  • Apply knowledge of contract law and business risk to ensure sound agreements
  • Maintain accurate records and manage centralized contract storage
  • Provide timely responses to stakeholder inquiries regarding contract terms and obligations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Political Science, or related field and 5+ years of experience in contract administration
  • OR Associate's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working on strategic sourcing or indirect procurement deals
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (RFx, negotiations, supplier performance, cost analysis)
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional collaboration

Level of Responsibility:

  • Works independently on assigned contracts with some supervision
  • Accountable for individual deliverables; decisions may affect contract timelines and business outcomes
