Job Title: Technical Facilities Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Facilities Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who can effectively manage daily facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical staff
  • Liaise with vendors for AMC, repairs, and service contracts
  • Monitor service quality and escalate issues when required
  • Maintain facility-related MIS reports and assist in audits, inspections, and compliance checks
  • Support in budget tracking, cost negotiations, and ensuring adherence to approved expenses
  • Conduct daily site inspections for safety, hygiene, and upkeep of assets
  • Handle tenant client requests and ensure prompt redressal of facility-related complaints

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of technical facility systems, including electrical, HVAC, DG, HT-LT panels, and plumbing
  • Experience in vendor and manpower management
  • Working knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and audits
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and facility management reporting
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • 3-4 years of experience in facility technical operations
