Job Opportunity: YouTube Ads Expert

We're seeking a skilled YouTube Ads Specialist to join our team. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing video ad campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing audience targeting strategies
  2. Collaborating with the creative team to develop video ads and scripts
  3. Monitoring campaign performance, running A/B tests, and ensuring ROI-positive results
  4. Preparing and presenting campaign performance reports for clients and leadership

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in running YouTube Ads campaigns, a strong track record of generating qualified B2B leads, and expertise in Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
