Earn an Estimated Salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Please note: This salary range is based on market data and may vary depending on individual qualifications and company factors.
You'll coach team members, provide feedback, and lead discussions on performance improvements and process optimization. This includes conducting weekly 1:1s and team calls, supervising calls with key customers and partners, setting multi-quarter objectives, monitoring KPIs, and tracking team performance.
In addition, you'll manage staffing levels to align with expected volume fluctuations and ensure coverage during time off and holidays. You'll also monitor portfolio accounts by following documented collections processes, including follow-up on invoices and past due balances, drafting legal demand letters, and driving resolution of disputes.
