Job Title

Sr. Manager, Payment Operations and Compliance

This role focuses on leading end-to-end payment processes within the Incentives & Marketplace portfolio.

As Sr. Manager, Payment Operations and Compliance, you manage all aspects of payment operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution. You drive efficiency through digital technologies and oversee process governance across multiple stakeholders. Your focus is on data excellence, process design, and high-quality execution. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all processes adhere to relevant regulations and standards, and manage risks associated with financial transactions
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Lead stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with various teams and partners
  • Supplier Governance: Maintain supplier governance for outsourced work

Qualifications

Education:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Finance or related field AND 2+ years process management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years process management experience

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, handling large datasets, and making data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in digital payment systems and advanced Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management certifications, and/or Agile project management skills are a plus.
