You will be responsible for building and scaling a platform that enables small businesses to send, receive, and manage money seamlessly. Your mission is to create a frictionless financial experience empowering SMEs to operate efficiently and grow with confidence.
Working alongside experienced professionals and senior leaders, you will research, build, ship, and improve the product. You will be commercially focused, evaluating competitive spaces, and striving to continuously improve our position in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the card product vision and strategy within issuing business in India and Europe, aligned with company objectives and targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market requirements, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment across horizons and setting long-term vision.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated product strategy and successful launches.
- Define and scope new product ideas leveraging internal technology and external vendor solutions.
- Conduct market research to inform product decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in card issuing and payments product management, working with agile/scrum delivery teams.
- Deep expertise in payments and connectivity, particularly card payments, with extensive experience in fintechs or banks across global markets.
- Familiarity with payment networks and card ecosystem players, including RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, UPI, M2P, NPCI.
- Strong understanding of card payment processing, transaction handling, card integrations, and card features for management and engagement.
