We're building a team that shares our vision of transforming how India manages credit.About the Role:As a Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of key product verticals in one of India's Top 20 Finance Apps (2 M+ downloads). You will work directly with the founder and senior leadership to shape the product vision, build scalable roadmaps, and lead execution that touches millions of users.This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, strong execution, and leadership skills to manage both the product lifecycle and cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision & Strategy Define and drive product vision in collaboration with the founder, aligning with business goals and user needs. Build long-term roadmaps for core product areas and ensure alignment across teams.Leadership & Stakeholder Management Partner with engineering, design, growth, and marketing teams to prioritize initiatives, solve complex problems, and deliver seamless user experiences. Act as the voice of both customer and business in decision-making.Customer Insights & Market Research Conduct deep user research and competitive analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities. Translate insights into actionable strategies that improve product adoption and retention.Execution & Delivery Own the product development lifecycle — from ideation, PRDs/BRDs, sprint planning, to launch. Ensure timely delivery with high-quality outcomes, balancing speed with rigor.Performance & Metrics Define and track key product KPIs. Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance, measure success, and refine strategies.Innovation & Scale Continuously identify opportunities for innovation, product differentiation, and growth levers to scale the platform to the next 100 M users.Requirements:Experience: 4–6 years of product management experience in a B2 C tech/consumer internet/fintech setup, with at least 1–2 years in a senior/lead role driving end-to-end ownership.Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology (B. Tech) from a Tier-1 college (IITs/NITs/BITS), MBA is a plus.Proven success in building and scaling consumer-facing products with strong adoption and engagement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without authority.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, curiosity, and bias for action.
