About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Data Consulting to join our GroupM Consulting Data, Analytics & Technology (CDAT) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of data solutions for client projects, working closely with the Head of Data Consulting to set strategic vision and roadmap for digital transformation and improved consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data solutions for client projects, leveraging technology and analytics teams to support implementation.
  • Design, scope, and deliver right-fit audience and data strategies, working closely with the Head of Data Consulting.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Data Consulting to set strategic vision and roadmap for digital transformation and improved consumer experience.
  • Work closely with agency planning teams to identify opportunities for clients within GroupM CDAT service scope.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key data and technology partners, working with investment and agencies to deliver opportunities that support client and internal requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics).
  • 10+ years in a media, data, and technology consulting role, with expertise around developing client data strategies.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels and digital media metrics.
  • Expert knowledge on the data landscape and relevant topics within the industry.
  • Strategic problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to understand client business challenges and develop creative, effective, and measurable solutions.
  • High-level stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence a diverse range of teams and individuals.
  • Experienced trainer, with the ability to work with marketing teams to deliver learning and development programs.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong data and tech partner management capabilities, with established relationships in place with key partners.
