Job Title: Analytics Manager

Job Summary:

Aditya Consulting is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to drive business analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust analytical mindset and the capability to transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics Strategy Development: Design and execute the analytics strategy to align with organizational goals.

Team Development: Guide and mentor a team of data analysts, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and improvement.

Data Collection & Reporting: Manage the gathering, analysis, and reporting of critical metrics related to sales, customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, and operational performance.

Insights Creation: Extract actionable insights from data to refine strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to foster data-driven decision-making and strategy formulation.

Predictive Analytics: Build predictive models to forecast sales trends, customer lifetime value (CLV), and marketing return on investment (ROI).

Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to provide stakeholders with real-time insights.

Customer Journey Analysis: Evaluate customer behaviors, journeys, segmentation, and churn to improve user experience and enhance loyalty.

Stakeholder Communication: Present insights and findings to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

- Strong experience in segmentation and predictive modeling.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven approach.

- Strong communication abilities to convey complex data insights effectively.

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data engineering principles.

- Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs, digital marketing metrics, and customer behavior analysis.
