We are seeking a proactive business development associate with 3-6 years of experience to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting and managing a sales pipeline to nurture leads for services like accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers by leveraging financial expertise.
- Collaborating with internal accounting teams to scope projects and present tailored solutions.
- Originating new client relationships and serving as a subject matter expert to close deals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing role within financial services sector.
- Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services.
- Deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and common tax compliance and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive, and results-driven.
Tools Proficiency:
- Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Zoominfo.com, and HubSpot CRM.
