Job Title: Principal Data Integration Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Azure data professional with a strong background in data engineering, ELT, data modeling, and data integration.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Azure cloud services, modern data platforms, and Big Data technologies, along with expertise in Dev Ops practices using Git Hub and Azure Dev Ops.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes in Azure.

Build and maintain data models, ensuring scalability and performance.

Implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and related tools.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and BI developers to deliver reliable data solutions.

Apply best practices for data governance, quality, and security.

Manage version control, CI/CD, and release pipelines using Git Hub and Azure Dev Ops.

Work with Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop ecosystem) for processing large-scale datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Azure ecosystem.

Strong expertise in ELT/ETL processes and data modeling techniques.

Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Azure Storage, Event Hubs, and Power BI integration.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, Py Spark (or Scala).

Experience with Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hive, Hadoop).

Strong knowledge of Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
