About this Role:
As a Territory Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of Barco products and solutions within an assigned geographic territory.
This role involves building strong relationships with customers and partners to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing accounts and prospecting for new leads
- Pursue consultative sales approach to influence buyers' purchase decisions and promote product evangelism
- Develop and train focused AV/SI partners or dealers to drive revenue growth
- Conceptualize and execute channel-focused marketing programs to ensure partner loyalty
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AV sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong understanding of AV products, solutions, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Team management skills with ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AV/ProAV domain
- Candidates with MBA Marketing or equivalent
