Job Title: Vertical Head OOH

As a key member of our team at Brand Street Integrated Consultancy Network, the Vertical Head OOH will be responsible for leading the growth, strategy, and execution of all out-of-home advertising campaigns. This role demands strong leadership, deep industry expertise, and the ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in the OOH vertical.
  2. Monthly Revenues Planning: Create and achieve monthly revenue targets through effective planning and execution.
  3. Vertical Development: Lead the development of the OOH vertical with a team and clients, focusing on Pan India expansion.
  4. Agency Strategy: Develop and execute the agency's business strategy, including identifying growth opportunities, setting revenue targets, and optimizing operational processes.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account managers, creative directors, and digital specialists to deliver high-quality work that meets client objectives and drives business results.
  6. Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  7. New Business Development: Drive new business development efforts, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with potential clients to expand the agency's client portfolio.
  8. Integrated Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing strategies and OOH campaign concepts that align with client goals and objectives.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Monitor OOH campaign performance and analyze data to measure results, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations to optimize performance.
  10. Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients.
  11. Financial Management: Manage the agency's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  12. Industry Representation: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, generate leads, and promote the agency's services.
  13. Culture Development: Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and professional growth among team members.
Essential Requirements:
  • Education: Post Graduate degree, preferably with a specialization in marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Competencies: Proven track record of driving business growth, exceeding revenue targets, and building successful client relationships; strong leadership and management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strategic thinking; proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; strong business acumen and financial management skills; passion for marketing and dedication to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
