Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in a leadership marketing role, with a strong track record in both online and offline marketing.
  • Retail and FMCG experience preferred.
  • Female candidate preferred.

Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, experience in traditional marketing strategies, excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights, creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
