Luxury Sales Manager Position Overview:

NoBroker is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Manager to lead our Luxury Sales Team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-end clients, managing relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high net worth clients
  • Manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Presales, BD, Marketing, CRM, and Legal, to achieve sales objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, luxury property developments, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, financial closure, basic legal requirements, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multitasking and comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, Google Office, and other tools to manage leads and activities
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, exhibiting integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions

Salary: ₹30 lakhs - ₹45 lakhs per annum
