Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Consultant to join our business team at Dezerv. As a key member of our team, you will engage with high net worth individuals (50 lakhs and above) to understand their investment needs and provide expert guidance on Dezerv's Portfolio Management Service in Mutual Funds.

Your primary responsibility will be to convert these high-intent clients into investing in our portfolio products through pre-scheduled video meetings, effective communication, and tailored investment advice. You will also maintain good relationships with existing clients to encourage further investments in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client portfolios and provide expert suggestions on alignment with market conditions.
  • Interact with high-intent inbound clients to initiate conversions into investing in our portfolio products.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and asset distribution to offer personalized investment advice.
  • Showcase Dezerv's portfolio management approach, including fund selection, investment strategies, and risk management.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage further investments in our products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex topics seamlessly to clients.
  • High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
  • Thorough knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and portfolio management services.
  • Must have high ownership on performance and prior experience in sales, financial services, or banks.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel and possession of relevant certifications, such as MBA in Finance, CA, or CFA.

We offer an estimated salary range of ₹12 lakhs to ₹18 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience.
