Lead Digital Transformation Projects

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

This role assumes overall responsibility for project/program delivery, ensuring that solutions are optimal and aligned with business requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders from various departments to ensure solution alignment with business goals
  • Participate in technical discussions and articulate technical trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Presentation of technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with project stakeholders to define project plans, KRAs and processes
  • Communicate project status and structure across the team and relevant departments
  • Ensure projects remain on target to meet deadlines
  • Identify potential issues and propose alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards
  • Manage day-to-day project progress including risk assessment and problem resolution
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop/adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  • Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels

Key skills required:

  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives
  • Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solution delivery
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders and explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding/experience with executing projects in multiple areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management, & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines
