Key Project Manager Role

This is a crucial position that requires an individual to oversee projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop clear project plans with timelines, milestones, and accountability trackers.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors-no delays, no loose ends.
  • Act as the central point of execution between Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor deliverables against KPIs, prepare structured updates, and escalate risks where required.
  • Drive accountability with agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Implement SOPs, checklists, and dashboards for structured and transparent project tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in project management, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environments.
  • Hustler: Proven record of driving projects to completion-fast, accurate, and without constant supervision.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Sharp focus on timelines, dependencies, and project details.
  • Strong Communicator: Can influence and push multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver on time.
  • Resilient & Adaptable: Works well in high-pressure, growth-stage environments with shifting priorities.
  • Tools Expertise: Comfortable using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related fields. PMP/Agile certification is an advantage.
