Program Manager

The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the planning and coordination of projects across multiple teams, ensuring seamless execution throughout the product lifecycle. This involves release planning, team meetings, feature integration, and program increments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end planning and communication with cross-functional teams to ensure project commitments are consistently planned, integrated, and met.
  • Manage Release Change Control, lead technical installations, and track software versions and configurations.
  • Effectively communicate status and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Rid impediments impacting project delivery.
  • Drive process, cadence, and ceremonies across teams.
Requirements:
  • Project management or product engineering experience is necessary.
  • Demonstrable experience in large-scale implementations involving multiple applications.
  • A strong focus on Agile Product Development with delivery.
  • Tech-adjacent skills combined with business acumen and understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Experience with system integration to connect, enhance, and automate business processes.

Prioritizing candidates will have experience managing projects using established methodologies, 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations, and relevant certifications.
