This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, enabling you to develop a deep understanding of the industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment data using MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Establish effective communication with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Apply sales techniques to attract new business opportunities and retain existing partnerships.
  • Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and candidates.
  • Solve complex recruitment challenges by applying creative problem-solving skills.
  • Assist in the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with MS-Excel, MS-Office, and other software tools.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or recruitment is highly desirable.
