Job Opportunity

The Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA) for Placement and Training Manager include:

Candidates with immediate availability will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates with a background in Aviation, Education, EdTech, or Healthcare will be preferred.

  • Responsible for internships and job placement of graduate/postgraduate students in Management in healthcare, aviation, clinical research, logistics, and supply chain courses.
  • Should have good network/corporate relations in the related industry.
  • Will be responsible for arranging guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits.
  • Responsible for career counseling of students.
  • Will arrange industry visits for students and accompany them during the visits.
  • Build relation with Talent Acquisition Managers/Recruiters for campus placement of our students and coordinate with concerned persons for campus placement drives.

Education Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in any stream.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in placement of graduate/postgraduate students of Management in healthcare, aviation, clinical research, logistics, and supply chain courses.
  • Good corporate relations and tie-up with related industry recruiters.
  • Comfortable with traveling.
