Job Title: Campus Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Campus Recruitment Specialist to oversee end-to-end campus hiring activities, including college engagement, scheduling, coordination, and onboarding of new talent.

  • Manage and execute campus recruitment strategy across various locations (virtual/in-person)
  • Liaise with colleges, training and placement officers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain hiring reports, trackers, and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive campus recruitment strategy execution
  • Effectively communicate and promote the EVP to fresh talent
  • Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in campus recruitment or similar role
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
