Senior Travel Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Consult with customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Present travel packages, offers, and customized itineraries in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to ensure conversions.
To achieve this, you will need to coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall business growth is crucial for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel as a Travel Consultant, you will need:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; ability to communicate confidently and clearly with domestic and international clients.
- Prior experience in travel sales/customer service/hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, holiday packages, and itineraries is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
