Job Title:

Sales Director - Travel Industry

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of proven experience in travel tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the travel tech space.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B enterprise clients within the travel and holidays industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations tailored to client needs in travel SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client expectations.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in travel tech and SaaS.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of proven success in Travel Tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales
  • Skilled in consultative selling, key account management, and enterprise closures
  • Confident operator in high-pressure, high-stakes negotiations
  • Track record of delivering GMV/Revenue numbers quarter after quarter
  • Strategic thinker who understands scaling beyond just transactions
