  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor Therapy Heads and Product Managers.

    • Foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Field Force Support & Training:
    • Drive marketing strategy implementation through the field force.
    • Train the field team on promotional themes.
  • Budget Management:
    • Ensure efficient cost and profit management.
    • Optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
