About the Opportunity

Our company is seeking a passionate Technical Recruiter/Client Manager who can work on client mandates. Our ideal candidate will focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and networking sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full life cycle of the recruitment process, efficiently managing multiple requirements simultaneously, and actively involved in each phase of it. They will also interact with candidates, brief them about the requirement, source and screen profiles based on job specifications as per clients' requirements, and provide qualitative candidates to clients within the stipulated time frame.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and networking sites
  • Handling the full life cycle of the recruitment process
  • Managing multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Interacting with candidates and briefing them about the requirement
  • Sourcing and screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients' requirements
  • Providing qualitative candidates to clients within the stipulated time frame
  • Lining up short-listed candidates for interview
  • Coordinating with the short-listed candidates and client relationship team
  • Taking feedback from clients and candidates after interview
  • Post-interview coordination with candidates and the client relationship team

The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and convincing skills, be comfortable with niche hiring and critical search assignments, and be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
