US Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in leading teams and managing projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, as well as providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Lead a team of accountants to achieve targets and objectives;
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously;
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports;
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and management;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong technical skills in accounting and finance;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Experience in using accounting software and systems;
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation;
