About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Agency Manager to join our growing health insurance business team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our health agency business across multiple locations. You will work closely with agents, guiding them through onboarding, coaching, and engagement processes, while contributing to significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Agency Growth: Build and expand the health insurance agency business across assigned locations.
  • Agent Development: Recruit, onboard, and train insurance agents for successful activation.
  • Performance Enhancement: Coach agents to improve productivity, customer engagement, and overall performance.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Implement agency best practices across all locations.

Business Results Delivery:

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Achieve revenue, premium, and profitability targets for your region.
  • Renewal Business Drive: Drive renewal business to meet defined goals.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights based on local market dynamics to inform business plans.
  • Location-Specific Strategies: Design and implement location-specific business development strategies.

Relationship Building:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Agent Engagement: Create an engaging and motivating environment for agents.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing coaching through regular reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Computer Applications: Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Prior Experience:

  • Insurance Experience: 3-4 years of experience in insurance, sales, or agency management.
  • Business Performance: Proven track record of consistently achieving business targets.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactivity: Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach.
