- Drive renewal business to meet defined goals.
- Provide strategic insights based on local market dynamics to inform business strategies.
- Design and implement location-specific business development initiatives.
Professional Relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and support functions.
- Establish a motivating environment for agents.
- Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing coaching through regular reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
