As a seasoned AI professional, you have the opportunity to transform the US healthcare industry with cutting-edge technology.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust data pipelines involving Big Data and designing application/data pipelines using Python, Scala, Spark, and SQL. They will lead a team of Data Scientists, developers, and clinicians to strategize, design, and evaluate AI-based solutions to healthcare problems.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degrees in computer science, Mathematics, or any other quantitative discipline from reputable institutions
  • 5-7 years of experience in developing ETL data pipelines and implementing advanced AI/ML algorithms (GenAI is a plus)
  • Strong experience working with technologies like Python, Scala, Spark, Apache Solr, MySQL, Airflow, AWS, etc.

Additionally, they should possess:

  • Good understanding of large system architecture and design
  • Ability to work with Relational databases like MySQL, SQLServer, Oracle, etc.
  • Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment, with exposure to continuous integration and continuous delivery tools

Other desirable skills include collaboration and interpersonal skills, ability to work with team members, and lead by example in code, feature development, and knowledge sharing.
