AI Assurance Specialist

The Quality Engineering Team seeks an AI Assurance Specialist to drive the development of high-quality AI models.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement testing methodologies for AI models and algorithms, ensuring a thorough understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
- Develop expertise in assessing and ensuring the quality of training data for AI models, leveraging knowledge of various AI frameworks, libraries, and tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation scripts using open-source tools for AI applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The AI Assurance Specialist will be responsible for driving innovation and improving AI testing capabilities. They will work closely with senior stakeholders and technology teams to build a robust testing capability from scratch.
Key Requirements:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges in AI testing.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Awareness of ethical considerations in AI and ability to implement testing practices that align with responsible AI principles.
