The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to join a healthcare initiative, now entering its third year of growth. This program is re-shaping healthcare data management by modernizing legacy systems and integrating advanced AI solutions. Youll play a pivotal role in:

  • Migrating enterprise data warehouses to Azure + Snowflake.
  • Embedding AI and Machine Learning into critical healthcare data workflows.
  • Building data extracts for secure vendor exchanges.

What Youll Do

  • Design and implement AI-driven data solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Integrate LLMs into data pipelines and applications.
  • Apply Sentiment Analysis to healthcare member and claims data.
  • Build and optimize ML models for prediction, classification, and NLP.
  • Write and maintain robust Python & SQL code for data ingestion, handling, and transformation.
  • Model data structures (OLTP/OLAP) and validate ETL processes.
  • Document workflows clearly and collaborate across global teams.
  • Leverage Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and other modern AI platforms.

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years building enterprise-scale data solutions with proven SDLC experience.
  • At least one end-to-end AI project delivered in a professional setting.
  • Hands-on expertise in LLMs, NLP, ML frameworks, and sentiment analysis.
  • Advanced SQL and strong Python development skills.
  • Solid grounding in data modeling, ETL validation, and RDBMS fundamentals.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Snowflake on Azure (Snow SQL, Snowpipe, Tasks, Streams).
  • Experience developing chatbots using structured and unstructured data.
  • Healthcare domain expertise (claims, membership, provider data).
