Senior AI/ML Engineer (58 Years Experience)

About the Role :


We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5- 8 years of experience in Predictive ML, Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML models, along with a passion for solving complex business problems.


In this role, you will :


- Build AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms.

- Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting research on the latest AI/ML advancements.

- Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering innovation and technical Responsibilities :


- Architect and implement ML, DL, and LLM models for real-world business challenges.

- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and apply prompt engineering techniques.


- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using embeddings and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.).

- Work with Agentic AI frameworks (Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agentforce, etc.) to build intelligent agents.

- Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), leveraging their GenAI services.

- Design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for production environments.

- Perform data extraction, SQL scripting, and ETL pipeline design for large-scale datasets.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable AI/ML : Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.


Experience :


- 5- 8 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and LLM-based solutions.

- Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn), TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or MLlib.

- Proven experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and vector search databases.

- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Solid knowledge of Agentic AI tools and frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical Skills :


- Knowledge of MLOps best practices for deployment and monitoring.

- Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI guidelines.

- Prior experience leading AI/ML teams and managing project lifecycles.
