About the Role:

The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders and product managers to identify complex healthcare issues using data insights, deploy and optimize machine learning solutions, develop AI algorithms and software tools, conduct quantitative data analysis, enhance solution efficiency and quality, and lead teams of professionals to strategize AI-based solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Hands-on software development skills, preferably in Scala.
  • Experience with machine learning or educational courses/projects.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques, linear algebra, numerical optimization, A/B testing, and general machine learning best practices.

Desired Profile:

  • Deep learning frameworks experience.
  • Big data skills, including Hadoop, Spark, and recent deep learning platforms.
  • Text mining expertise.
  • Expert software development skills.
