Lead Data Scientist

Seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models for healthcare use cases.

  • Develop and implement data science projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to develop scalable solutions for complex problems in the healthcare domain.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to data scientists and analysts, helping them grow professionally and personally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models for healthcare use cases.
  • Managing end-to-end data science projects from data exploration to model deployment.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards.
  • Implementing MLOps practices for productionizing models.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 6-8 years of hands-on data science experience in the healthcare domain.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
  • Domain expertise in healthcare datasets including EHR, EMR, claims, clinical trial data, medical imaging, genomics, and unstructured clinical notes.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in building solutions for predictive analytics, NLP in healthcare, computer vision, and population health management.
