We are seeking highly skilled professionals with expertise in the healthcare analytics and consulting sectors, specifically in data science and machine learning. You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with partners across various therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select analytical techniques and model methods to solve complex business problems
  • Ensure best practices sharing and collaboration within the organization
  • Deliver high-quality data-analytics and AI projects by leveraging deep knowledge of supported technologies and understanding dependencies between multiple teams and platforms
  • Communicate intensively with other teams to comprehend new trends and methodologies being implemented or considered
  • Understand customer and stakeholder business needs and priorities, and help build solutions that support our business goals
  • Participate in community of practice, leveraging experience from delivering complex analytics projects
  • Design and develop machine learning systems and software to automate predictive models
  • Transform data science prototypes into practical applications using appropriate ML algorithms and tools

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years industry experience
  • Proficiency in Python & SQL
  • 1-3 years experience in healthcare analytics and/or consulting
  • Strong foundations of statistics and machine learning
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in STEM (MS, MBA, PhD)
  • Experience in Oncology/Vaccine/Pharma & Rare Diseases therapeutic area commercial analytics
  • Knowledge of statistics, data science and machine learning & commercial pharma
