  • The primary goal of this role is to support the smooth operation of our global infrastructure by ensuring that all technical systems are functioning properly.

  • This includes implementing technical solutions, providing high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software, and troubleshooting issues across sites in a defined geographical area.

  • As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for determining when it is appropriate to deviate from a standard practice to accomplish the desired result and troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP)

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery
