Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer to build scalable, serverless applications using AWS.

This role requires fluency with NodeJS & TypeScript, solid experience with AWS services, and confidence in writing and maintaining tests to ensure code quality.

  • Design and implement backend services using NodeJS/TypeScript
  • Develop and maintain AWS Serverless architectures with Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
  • Create robust, maintainable tests using Vitest
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features
  • Optimize for performance, scalability, and security
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript
  • Solid hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
  • Familiarity with Vitest and strong understanding of testing principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with other AWS services (S3, CloudWatch, Step Functions)
  • Knowledge of security best practices for cloud applications
