Full-Stack JavaScript Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack JavaScript Developer with experience in NodeJS and ReactJS to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing existing front-end and back-end applications.

This role involves working closely with the CTO to enhance existing projects and contribute to upcoming ones.

The developer will be responsible for:

  • Developing clean, scalable, and efficient code in NodeJS and ReactJS
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing applications
  • Collaborating directly with the CTO to translate requirements into features
  • (Optional) Contributing to system design and architecture when needed
  • Ensuring smooth deployment and basic DevOps (AWS/DynamoDB experience is a plus)
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience working with databases (NoSQL/SQL; DynamoDB/AWS knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently while taking guidance from the CTO
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable availability
  • Communication in English/Hindi/Bengali (no strict requirement)
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
  • Hands-on AWS cloud experience
