Job Title: Experienced Interior Design Professional Wanted

We are looking for a skilled interior design consultant to take charge of our design projects from conception through completion.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to collaborate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Key responsibilities include creating detailed designs, producing production drawings, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior designing is essential.
  • Site experience is mandatory, with the ability to install proposed designs efficiently.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on functional and aesthetically pleasing designs is desired.
  • Exposure to residential projects is necessary.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of local language an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple design projects is crucial.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales reports and project TAT are valuable.
