Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Junior Architect. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for innovative workspace design.

This role involves working on the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution. Responsibilities include preparing presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations, as well as detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

  • This individual will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision.
  • Site visits, documentation, and project coordination will also be required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • A strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors are essential for this position.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is required.

Bonus skills include familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion. Excellent communication and visualization skills are necessary for success in this role.
