Growth/Operations Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Growth/Operations Intern.

This position involves building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and automations using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboard systems, reports, and workflows to drive data-driven outcomes.
  • Apply AI-powered tools to streamline tasks, enhance quality, and accelerate growth initiatives.
  • Design, document, and optimize operational processes; identify inefficiencies, propose standardized procedures, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Coordinate daily operations, align team objectives with clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented checklists.
  • Standardize and refine processes through root-cause analysis, metrics reviews, and continuous improvement experiments.
  • Maintain operational excellence: organize documentation, enforce quality controls, and uphold compliance across workflows.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical and analytical skills, currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably from an IIT, NIT, or IIIT. Knowledge of Film/Video Production and AI tools is beneficial. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members. Proficiency in Project Management to manage and execute projects effectively.
