
Strategic HR Business Partner

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to spearhead our regional HR function. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, learning and development, performance management, personnel management, and administration.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to navigate complex dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent, ensuring seamless integration into our organization.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers, guaranteeing compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Learning and Development (L&D):
- Launch regional skill development centers, implementing comprehensive L&D strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Design and deliver training programs, including workshops, seminars, trainer-led, and online courses, aimed at upskilling and reskilling employees.
- Evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives and provide actionable insights for future growth.
Performance Management System (PMS):
- Deliver training on Performance Management System policies and procedures, empowering regional teams to excel.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on PMS-related matters, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Ensure timely completion of PMS processes within the designated timeline.
Personnel Management:
- Offer expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, promoting a culture of transparency and inclusivity.
- Effectively manage employee relations, addressing disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and compassionate manner.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention, driving long-term success.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, safeguarding the well-being of our workforce.
Administration:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy work environment.
- Procure and manage inventory of essential supplies, equipment, and resources, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Foster open communication channels with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
