About this role

This role involves leading a team of professionals responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences through operational excellence and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a regional team of professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Project Governance: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Workload Management: Assign new clients based on capacity; actively monitor and balance individual pipelines.
  • Escalation Management: Act as the second point of escalation for client and internal issues, resolving blockers and aligning stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and proactive risk management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing project or implementation roles, preferably within a SaaS or Global Employment organization.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to lead distributed teams.
  • Strong project governance, capacity planning, and escalation management skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing multi-country or multi-product onboarding projects.
