Job Title: Lease Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily functions of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of local operations, leadership, and people management of employees in India.
  • Engaging with Business leaders locally and globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture and community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Drive integration and standardisation in India by working with Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership to build a better global infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and resource management and development.
  • Contribute vision and leadership consistently with MRI's strategic plans and objectives to deliver initiatives in support of the organisation's growth.
  • Optimise solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across departments;
  • Represent the team for unique challenges and needs within the broader leadership structure.

Requirements:

  • 7 plus years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field and managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Manage abstraction projects by conducting regular meetings with the team and resolving issues, process improvement.
  • Responsible for training and onboarding of new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to inspire a team to achieve great things.
  • Execution skills: Demonstrated ability to take concrete actions to deliver and inspire.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Problem Solving, Can-do Mindset, and client-centric focus.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; Masters preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience.
