We're seeking a Tech Lead who excels in coding, team leadership, problem-solving, and building scalable systems.

  • Develop clean, efficient code using Golang and guide your team to do the same.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand new features and projects, and figure out the best way to build them.
  • Design robust systems that can handle large volumes of requests without breaking a sweat.
  • Work with Kafka, AWS services, and containerized deployments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Be the champion of code quality – conduct thorough PR reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and product backlog discussions to keep everyone aligned.
  • Keep tech documentation up to date so no one is left guessing how things work.
  • Distribute work smartly within your team and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor system health using tools like Grafana, New Relic, Sentry, and respond quickly when incidents occur.
  • Help improve our CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts (Python/Shell).

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of backend development experience, with at least 4+ years in Golang.
  • Strong system design skills and experience building large-scale systems.
  • Good understanding of Kafka.
  • Proficient with Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on with AWS (ECS, ECR, S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager, EC2, Route 53).
  • Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Experience with at least one of these: Grafana (Loki, Tempo, Prometheus), New Relic, Sentry.
  • Ability to write basic automation scripts in Python or Shell.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
